Beach Volleyball Camp Sri Lanka: Train in the Sun While Europe Freezes

It's December in Germany. It's dark by 4pm. The courts are wet, the sand is frozen and indoor training feels like a punishment.
Meanwhile, at Jungle Beach Ahungalla in Sri Lanka, the temperature is 30 degrees. The beach is empty. The ocean is warm. And a professional coach is waiting on a natural sand court — ready for your first session of the day.
This is exactly why our beach volleyball camps run in December, February and March.
The Smartest Training Decision of Your Winter
While most players in the D-A-CH region are grinding through cold indoor sessions or taking a complete break, you can be on a beachfront court in Sri Lanka, getting more touches, better feedback and real improvement — in conditions that make you actually want to train.
Two weeks of focused beach volleyball in Sri Lanka during European winter equals months of interrupted indoor training at home. The progress is measurable. The experience is unforgettable.
Why Ahungalla?
Sri Lanka's southwest coast in December through March is at its best. Sunny mornings, light sea breeze, temperatures between 28 and 33 degrees. The beach at Jungle Beach Ahungalla is wide, clean and uncrowded — with courts set up directly on natural sand, metres from the ocean.
No travel to a sports hall. No parking. No waiting. Just beach volleyball.
Professional Coaching, Small Groups
Every camp is led by internationally certified coaches with high-level competition experience. We deliberately keep groups small — more court time, more individual feedback, faster improvement.
Between sessions you recover the right way: pool, ocean, Ayurveda treatments, good food and the calm of the jungle right behind you. The combination of serious training and proper recovery is what brings players back year after year.
Who Is This For?
Players of all levels who want to make real progress during the European winter break. Beginners looking for a solid foundation. Intermediate players ready to break through a plateau. Advanced players who want competition-level coaching in a focused setting. Groups and teams looking for a serious training trip with a real team experience.
